General Terms and conditions

** Hello folks! Here are my terms and conditions. Please take your time to read them properly. Failure to comply will lead to the cancellation of your commission.**

Aritist

— As the artist I have the full rights to the art, meaning:○ I only work with my artstyle.○ I am allowed to post the finished commission and I can promote myself in any social medias and/or sites.○ All commissioned artwork posted by me will have a watermark in my social medias.

Client

— Social Media & Display: You are welcome to share the artwork on any social media platform or website, provided that proper credit is given to the artist. You may also use the art for personal profile decoration (e.g., Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram) or as assets for VTubing.— Personal Printing: You may print the artwork for personal, non-commercial use only.— Prohibited Commercial Use: Re-selling the digital file or selling physical merchandise (such as keychains, T-shirts, or stickers) featuring the artwork is strictly prohibited under a standard license.— Commercial Licensing: If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes or resale, you must declare this intent upon commissioning. A Commercial Copyright License is available for a flat fee of $500 USD, unless a separate special negotiation is agreed upon between both parties.— Proof of Agreement: Upon purchase of the commercial license, a digital confirmation will be provided to both parties to serve as formal proof of the mutual agreement and transfer of specific rights.

the Canvas and the Artwork

The canvas resolution is default to:○ 2048x2048 px
○ 350dpi (resolution)Unless you preferred another dimension.— You will received two copies of the art, (1) will not have a watermark. (2) with watermark.— Finished commissions will be sent by email, .png format, background + no background, with signature + without signature.— You only have 3 free revision for your commission, once exhausted you will be charged 5$ for each changes. If mistake was made (ex. incorrect color) there will be no charges.

Reference and Preference

— For fanarts of anime characters or OCs (Original Characters)○ Kindly provide a reference, or an existing picture of something you want, or at least something similar.○ Please describe what pose and emotion you'd want for the character,○ If you prefer for me to have freedom on what to make that's fine as well.— R18:○ You must be 18 years old and above !!

The Payment

— Payments will be only accepted in USD or PHP.— I require full payment upfront. I will not start your commission until payment has been sent.— My work time usually takes 3-7 days up to a month, depending on availability.— Rush commissions requires an additional fee depending on how soon you want it.
○ Within a week: 1.5 x「Price」
○ Within 3 days: 2x「Price」*— Refund is not feasible.
